RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
*** PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SENT. ***
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the following carefully should you be looking to return or exchange:
YOUR REASON FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Size Change - You've unfortunately ordered the wrong size! Not to worry, we are here to help! Email our support team at email@example.com and let the team know what has happened. Make sure to provide your full name & order number!
- You received the wrong item - Yikes! Although everything is double checked, occasionally a mistake can be made. Thankfully this is beyond super rare! Email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know what has happened. Make sure to provide your full name & order number, along with a photo of the incorrect item. We will fix this asap!
- You received a damaged/faulty item - Quality is our top priority but unfortunately in rare circumstances a damaged item can slip through. Email our support team at email@example.com & provide us your full name, order number & photos of the damaged item. When we see the photo of the damaged product we can organise to send you out a replacement 100% free asap! You will also be more than welcome to keep the damaged product to see if you can have it easily repaired or turned into something else of use!
So if you meet any of the above criteria please contact support@energizeactivewear as soon as possible so we can assist you! Just remember to provide your full name, order number, reason for return or exchange & any photo evidence to make the process as quick as possible!
Please note Energize Activewear doesn't provide return shipping labels, so any returns are at the expense of the customer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF
- You want a return/refund because you changed your mind! As we print items on demand we are unable to accept returns based on this reason.
- You did not contact us to review your order return request before sending your product back.
- The item(s)have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way.
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original saleable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
- The item(s) were a final sale item.
OTHER ORDER CHANGE QUESTIONS
I used the wrong address, can I still change this? - If you have caught the problem quick enough & your item has not yet shipped, we can change this in our system. Email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org & provide your full name, order number & new address & we will take care of this.
- Once the order has shipped (you will receive tracking info) unfortunately it is out of our hands. If this is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
- I changed my mind, can I cancel my order? - As long as your order has not gone into print production. Email us immediately at email@example.com & provide your full name, order number & cancel request. Use 'Cancel Order #ORDERNUMBER' in the email subject line & we will take care of this if it is not too late.
- If your order has already gone into print production, unfortunately we can no longer cancel as it's being actively made.
